About Primeness

Primeness Inc. is a U.S. small business defense contractor registered in SAM.gov, CAGE-coded, and active on DIBBS. Built to compete for and execute federal supply and services contracts across CONUS and OCONUS theaters.

We were incorporated with a specific thesis: that the gap between international construction expertise and U.S. federal contract execution is a gap we're uniquely positioned to close.

Our Structure

Primeness is majority U.S.-owned and operated, with leadership that spans two countries and two decades of field-tested contracting experience. Our principal brings direct operational experience from large-scale infrastructure and construction programs executed in the Middle East, programs built to ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standards, often in direct support of U.S. and coalition military operations.

On the U.S. side, we handle BD, compliance, procurement, and execution with a lean, accountable structure. No bureaucracy. No middlemen. Every contract gets direct principal attention.

What We're Building

We are actively pursuing:

• DLA/DIBBS supply contracts - federal supply of industrial hardware, NSN-managed components, and maintenance items to government depots and installations

• Base O&M and life support services - facilities maintenance, janitorial, utilities support, and life support for U.S. military installations

• Construction and skilled trades - general contracting and renovation scopes for DoD clients, leveraging proven in-theater project management capability

• Security and access management - installation access control and cleared escort operations, CONUS and OCONUS
